The Senior Electrical Engineer leads the design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of high-performance building design projects, including healthcare, commercial, and institutional facilities. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor engineering staff, guide multidisciplinary collaboration, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex building systems. The Senior Electrical Engineer leads discipline-specific work on medium to large projects and may also serve as a Project Manager on select assignments.

Supervisory Responsibility
Acts as a senior technical advisor and mentor to electrical engineering staff. May seal and sign project documents where licensed. Responsible for the training, development, and quality oversight of electrical discipline deliverables.
Work Environment
Hybrid role that is primarily office-based with periodic site visits for field investigation and troubleshooting. Projects focus on innovative building design and construction environments. Adherence to safety protocols is required.

Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Site visits may require climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
